Hello! My name is Ms. Maia Neal. I will be your child’s teacher for the 2022-2023 school year. This is my 5th year teaching 2nd grade and my second year at Gary Road Elementary. I am excited about sharing my classroom with your child this year. I hope we have a great & safe school year. 

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Alcorn State University. I recently graduated with masters in Dyslexia Therapy from Mississippi College in December 2022.
