Dr. Landfair is ecstatic to return to the administrative team at Terry High School as an Assistant Principal/Instructional Specialist for the 2021-2022 school year! She is a native of Durant, MS. Previously, she was an educator in the Holmes County and Canton Public School Districts. While teaching, Dr. Landfair received numerous awards, served as grade level department chair, worked with Girl Scouts, and was on the leadership team. She was the Lexington Elementary School Teacher of the Year for the 2010-2011 school year and had a 100% Pass Rate for the MKAS2 3rd Grade Reading Summative Assessment for the 2015-2016 school year. She earned her Associate of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Holmes Community College in 2006, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Math & Science from Mississippi State University in 2008, a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from Belhaven University in 2011, and an Education Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership K-12 from Mississippi College in 2014. In December 2020, she received her doctorate in Educational Leadership K-12 from Mississippi College. She enjoys spending time with family, going to church, volunteering, cooking, and traveling. Dr. Landfair believes in enjoying life by being of service to others. She lives by the quote, “Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery, Today is a gift.” She is excited about the possibilities that this school year will bring and proud to be part of the Terry High School Family.
