Ms. Higgins received her Bachelor of Music Education from Mississippi College and her Master of Music Education Degree from William Carey University. She has worked as a music educator going on eight years as lead middle school director and assistant high school director. 2019-2020 is her first year working at Carver Middle School and the Hinds County School District. Let’s work toward a great year by putting forth maximum effort!
