Hello! I am Tunya Berry, and I am an Exceptional Education teacher here at Raymond Elementary.  This marks my second year at RES.  Overall, I have been a teacher for the last fifteen years.  As an Exceptional Educator, I help 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students in their general education classes.  I enjoy working with all students, as well as, collaborating with parents and teachers. 

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from The University of Southern Mississippi.  I also hold a Masters Degree in Secondary Education from Alcorn State University.  Throughout my teaching experience, I have taught almost every grade level and nearly every subject area.  By far,  teaching at the elementary level is the most rewarding and also the most challenging.  I look forward to a very successful year this year-one where I will see growth from my students on every level, especially academically.
