My name is Shelby Davis. This is my fifth year teaching at Gary Road Elementary. I recieved my bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Mississippi College and I am currently working on a mastors in Early Childhood Education from Ole Miss. I enjoy teaching first grade as it is a grade where students stretch in their knowledge of learning to read and becoming fluent in their math facts. We use many hands on learning activites so students will become profient in the first grade standards.
