Hi, my name is Wendy Tardo, I teach Kindergarten.. I am a graduate of University of Our Lady of Holy Cross,in New Orleans, Louisiana. I have been teaching 30 years. I taught 15 years at Sebastien Roy Elementary School in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana, and 15 years here at Raymond Elementary. I have taught grades K-5. I am married to Nick Tardo and together we have four children. Megan,30 James,26, Nicholas 21, and Mary Jean, 12. I also have 2 grandchildren. 4 year old granddaughter, Savanna, and 2 year old granddaughter, Addilyn and another grandchild on the way. I love helping students to become the best that they can be by teaching them, building up their self esteem, and encouraging them to put forth their best effort into everything they do. I love teaching the little ones; they are excited about learning!. The growth they show throughout the year is amazing. It is going to be a great year, and I am honored to be your child's teacher this year.
