Parent/Teacher Conferences - All conferences are scheduled during the teacher's planning period, before school, or after school. If you need to speak or meet with one or two teachers, please contact that teacher directly by the teacher's contact number, Remind, or by email.
Student Appointments: Students can meet with counselors during their lunch time or at the request of their counselor. Students are not permitted to see a counselor during class time unless the counselor has requested to see a student or if there is an emergency. If a student has an emergency and needs to speak with a counselor, students are asked to come directly to the counseling office with a counselor's pass from their teacher. The Counselors have an open door policy for students to drop by before school (8:00 am - 8:30 am). We are also available during transition of classes. If parents and guardians would like to meet with their student's counselor, they can arrange an appointment with them via email or through the front office. Unfortunately, walk-in appointments are difficult to accommodate as we must be available to serve the needs of our students.
