The Mississippi Department of Education (MDE) has compiled a host of learning-at-home resources for students in pre-K through grade 12 to support student learning during the extended school closure. The resources are available online at www.mdek12.org/LearningAtHome.
At Raymond High School, every student counts. This is Principal Lorenzo Grimes, and I’m asking every RANGER parent and guardian to complete the 2020 Census because your participation determines how much funding is available for our schools--funding that will not only support the programs that prepare our students for college but determines the investments that will be made our communities over the next ten years. Those investments could mean more job opportunities for our students and more possibilities for our communities.
Completing the Census is easy, simple, and fast. You can complete the Census right at home either online, by phone, or by mail. Help shape the future of our students at Raymond High School and our community today. You can visit the Hinds County School District website at www.hinds.k12.ms.us to learn more. Our students are counting on you.
Please go online to MY2020CENSUS.GOV or call 844-330-2020 (English) or 844-468-2020 (Spanish) to complete the brief questionnaire.
