EEF Procurement Cards FAQs
EEF purchasing cards will be distributed shortly.
Once you receive your card, you are encouraged to activate your on-line account with UMB to track your purchases.
In preparation for receipt of your card, you are required to review the documents below. You will be required to sign an acknowledgement that you have been trained on the use of your card.
The documents outline the rules associated with the use of the card and your responsibility as a cardholder.
The following list of documents is attached:
A PowerPoint presentation updating you on use of your card.
An updated Sales Tax Exemption letter, signed by the State Superintendent.
An updated brochure with program details and Frequently Asked Questions.
