    The Hinds County School District Office of State and Federal Programs is responsible for  implementing the requirements and regulations  of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.  State and Federal Programs provides technical assistance and guidance at the district and school levels  to ensure  the appropriate use of allocated federal funds to ultimately impact student learning and achievement.
