    Unity Day 2018

    Gary Road Intermediate School recognized Unity Day on
    Wednesday, October 24, 2018. Students and faculty wore the
    color orange to acknowledge they will not bully and will do
    their best to be a friend to others. Dr. Justin Turner,
    from Turner Care in Jackson, Mississippi, spoke to students
    about making good choices, not letting what you don't have
    stop you from getting what you want, and
    on the concept of "I can. I will. I must."

    Hinds County School District 2nd - 6th Graders 
    are playing basketball! Parents may sign their child up
    by paying the $50 on the HCSD website. Once you are on the
    website, click on the Parents' link. Next, click on the Meal &
    School Fee payments link (MySchoolBucks)
    and complete the registration process.
