I have been teaching for 23 years. I have been here at Terry High since 2017/2018 school year. I have taught Biology, Foundations in Biology, Physical Science and currently teaching Zoology and Botany. I hope to be teaching Zoology 1/Zoology 2, Botany/Evironmental Science and AP Environmental Science next school year (2021-2022).

I volunteer at the Mississippi Museum of Natural History as often as possible. I am a member of the Mississippi Science Teacher Association since 1996, NSTA 1998 and have attend, as well as presented at the MSTA conference every year and the NSTA conference in 2009. I graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1998 with a BS in Education. 

I enjoy reading, crocheting, gardening, fishing and hunting and I spend as much time as possibe outdoors.  My favorite science are the Geosciences.
